27 years ago I fell into a career in real estate, unbeknown it would open the door to financial abundance and the greatest transformation of my life. My private Buyer’s Advocacy business has garnered opportunities to partner with the business world’s elite, including high profile CEO’s and executives —— astute professionals who look to me for expertise and direction when it comes to high stakes decisions in property acquisition and investment strategy.

The WENDYRUSSELL Institute is my Signature Program Platform —— a passion project I launched to complement my work as a professional property advocate.

My programs are a deeply empowering high-status skillset training that centres inner authority, personal power and feminine sovereignty.

This work is an interpretation of the inner work and skillset that has taken my career beyond what I ever imagined possible, and broken the social class barrier of my humble upbringing in North Queensland, Australia.

Becoming the first multimillionaire in my family of origin is my proudest achievement to date.
