In times gone by, women were never openly encouraged to pursue a career, let alone start a business, buy property or invest. I was one of the few who had the drive, determination and support to go against the grain and pave a different path for myself which, albeit not easy, became the game changer in my life.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of meeting some of the most interesting, incredibly talented and awe-inspiring people, and the central lesson I have taken away from these meetings is that as women, we must have our own Life Plan, regardless of whether we choose to be single or partnered.

The WENDYRUSSELL Institute was born out of a desire to educate women who understand the workings of such life plan. Those who are entering a season where prioritising career and financial independence are their core focus — because ultimately, this is what leads to choice, options and abundance.
