In times gone by, women were never openly encouraged to pursue a career, let alone start a business, buy property or invest. I was one of the few who had the drive, determination and support to go against the grain and pave a different path for myself which, albeit not easy, became the game changer in my life.
But over the years, I have found it difficult to find like-minded women which has made the road all that more lonely, but now with the powers of the internet, it is possible to find our tribe so much easier.
The WENDYRUSSELL Institute was born out of a desire to connect and educate women who are entering a life stage where prioritising career and financial independence is their core focus — because ultimately, this is what leads to choice, options and abundance.
